Appropriate at all levels, it is practiced at a slow pace, focused on holds that might last from 1-20 minutes, stillness and relaxed breathing. The use of yoga props is highly encouraged to create ease in holding the poses. Typical props for a restorative yoga class are; blankets, blocks, bolster, strap and eye pillows. Another good addition is the use of rolled up bath or beach towels.

Gentle/Hatha Flow - These classes are slow paced and gentle in nature. During your practice you flow from pose to pose using pranayama breathing practices. These classes are great for those new to yoga, those interested in learning the poses, relaxation techniques, and becoming comfortable with yoga. Expect to move slow and with intention.
Vinyasa Flow -Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary from one instructor to the next. Yoga Flow can generally be defined as a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. Additionally, a teacher who is teaching flow will have a theme and sequence of poses to support the class theme.
Power Flow - Power yoga specifically focuses on body movements which help in improving cardiovascular output, physical fitness, and firmness while yoga focuses on body positions hence improving mental, internal, and external stability.
Level Up Vinyasa is a fusion of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, including postures from the Primary Series which will be held for 4-5 breaths. This class is a sun salute-based practice, requiring some strength and deep breathing abilities while incorporating traditional yoga postures. All levels are welcome, although a vinyasa flow background is useful. This sequence is a vigorous practice that will challenge and energize you with its focus on building strength and concentration as you flow through powerful, flowing sequences. This type of class is meant to challenge you and your existing practice, make you sweat, have some fun, and learn proper alignment. Not recommended for beginners who do not have a basic knowledge of yoga postures.
